Terms and Conditions of Sale

The owner of the online store Glamlux.ee (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is OÜ Glitterlux (registration code 17015313), located at Estonia, Kännu, Mustakurmu 63707 Põlva parish, Põlva county.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms apply when purchasing products from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The delivery fee is added to the price of the goods, and it depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order. Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.

Placing an Order

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled in, and the appropriate delivery method selected. The total price will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solutions. The agreement takes effect upon receipt of the payment into the Online Store’s bank account. If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded, generally within 1–2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the receipt of the funds may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the following countries: Estonia and other EU member states. The buyer covers the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the delivery method. Domestic shipments within Estonia usually reach the buyer's specified destination within 3–7 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. In exceptional cases, delivery can take up to 30 calendar days. If the Online Store has notified the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation of delivery issues and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days, the deadline announced by the Online Store applies.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as would be allowed for testing the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods. If a container containing glitter has been opened, the product will not be accepted for return. To return the goods, a free-form written withdrawal application must be completed and submitted. The goods must be returned in their original packaging along with the completed withdrawal application, and the return information must be sent to glitterlux.ee@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The buyer covers the costs of returning the goods, except when the reason for the return is that the product does not match the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product). Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, refund all amounts received from the buyer under the contract. The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been mistakenly indicated significantly below the market value of the goods.

The Online Store is not responsible for any damages or delays in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay is due to circumstances that OÜ Glitterlux could not influence or foresee.

Right to Submit Complaints

The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance with the terms of the contract or defects in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of the transfer and which appear within two years from the transfer of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year from the transfer of the goods, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Online Store is responsible for disproving this presumption. The buyer has the right to submit a complaint to the Online Store within two months of discovering the defect by sending an email to Glitterlux.ee@gmail.com. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the transfer of the goods due to the buyer’s actions or inactions (e.g., improper use, accident, etc.), or for normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the product. If the purchased goods from the Online Store are defective, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees paid under the sales contract. The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent via email to Glitterlux.ee@gmail.com. If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store. The buyer can also turn to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.
